THE AIRPORT AGENCY OPEN 24 HOURS FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY Sunday from 05:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Zona 13 Agency open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Petén Agency open from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The other offices are open from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Antigua Guatemala Agency is closed on Sundays and holidays.

RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. High Seasons: November 15 to January 15, Easter, from July 1 to August 31. On the indicated dates the minimum rental is one week in recreational vehicles.

If you cancel your reservation or do not take the vehicle, one day's rental will be charged and your credit card will be charged.

REQUIREMENTS:
The Credit Card holder must be present to sign the rental agreement to take the car.
4X4 vehicles $1,800.00 to $3,000.00 plus rent.

We do not accept personal checks or cash.

• Valid license is required to drive.
• The driver must be at least 25 years old.
• The driver must show his identity card and passport.
• The rental for one day has mileage restricted to 200 km. If the rental is longer than one day, the mileage is 300 km per day. The excess km will have a cost of Q.1.00 per                 additional km.

THE RATE INCLUDES:
Taxes, insurances and free mileage when the rental agreement is for more than one day.

THEFT AND COLLISION:
axes and insurance based on deductibles. THEFT AND COLLISION: The insurance covers property damage, damage to third parties up to $6,500.00 and injuries to the passengers of the vehicle, within Guatemalan territory. Damage caused to the vehicle by the client; It also covers theft and/or total loss. (It does not cover partial damages less than the deductible amount). Check for deductibles. Do not cover damages from poor driving, drunk driving, or driving under the influence of any drugs.

If you travel to El Salvador or Honduras, you must obtain a legal letter from our attorney and it costs $20.00 dollars to cross the border. International insurance is required and costs $7.00 dollars per day. Insurance does not cover you in any other country.

DEDUCTIBLES:
All our insurance policies are subject to an excess, which must be canceled by the client in the event of an accident, theft or damage caused to the rented vehicle, even if the damage is caused by the other vehicle, unless the owner of the other driver guarantees . the payment of damages.

The deductibles for sedan vehicles are: $1,200.00 per accident plus taxes and $2,000.00 per total loss plus taxes. Pick Ups, Passenger Vans and some 4X4 SUVs per accident $2,000.00 plus taxes and $2,500.00 for total loss, plus taxes.
